01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BDBajee VIP website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the BDBajee VIP Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BDBajee VIP Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02. Eligibility

BDBajee VIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the eligibility requirements, your account may be suspended and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

03. Account Registration

To access the full features of BDBajee VIP, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one BDBajee VIP account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. BDBajee VIP uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your BDBajee VIP account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying BDBajee VIP immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

BDBajee VIP will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from BDBajee VIP and requesting your password, please report it to our support team immediately.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

BDBajee VIP supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on BDBajee VIP:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. BDBajee VIP does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• BDBajee VIP may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing a withdrawal. This includes a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within a few hours for bKash and Nagad transactions.
• BDBajee VIP reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

BDBajee VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Offers page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

• All bonuses on BDBajee VIP are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account.
• BDBajee VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering with other players will be considered bonus abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

06. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on BDBajee VIP are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as well as the general betting rules set out here.

• All bets are final once confirmed. BDBajee VIP does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where a market is voided by BDBajee VIP.
• BDBajee VIP reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds setting.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets on BDBajee VIP. These limits may vary by sport, market, and player account status.
• BDBajee VIP reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at any time, including restricting the maximum stake available to individual players.
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — due to a delay in the live feed — will be voided.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.

If your BDBajee VIP account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, any remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their BDBajee VIP account voluntarily can do so by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
